This Gray and white wedding card is the result of an inspirational card challenge called Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge.
The awesome sketch that was provided is shown below.
I tried so many times to make the vellum strips go diagonal but I just was not happy with it that way so they are horizontal.
" I Do" is a woven label that was secured to the center of a black picture frame. The picture frame was cut out from a piece of scrapbook paper.
The top of this wedding card has a border that was cut slightly longer than the card width. By securing just the corners of border to corners of the card, it makes the strip "buckle" away from the card adding so much dimension.
A strip of vellum that contains wedding words is going across the border which has been punched with hearts on the bottom edge.
A cute metal heart occupies the upper corner of the center elements along with a very pretty gray and white fiber.
The bottom of the card has a few die cuts from sizzix adding a decorative touch
